The newly launched Horizon Europe project REPurpose to be kicked off in Ghent on September 19th, 2022
The newly launched REPurpose project, funded by the European Union, officially started on 19 and 20 September 2022 in Ghent, hosted by the Bio Base Europe pilot plant.
With a total investment of 6.5 million euros, REPurpose brings together ten partners from seven European Union countries and an associated partner from the United Kingdom and intends to make it a turning point in addressing local, post-consumer waste for the creation new thermoplastic elastomeric polymers.
